WCVD10 CONGRESS REGISTRATION
All registration fees are in USD and no taxes are applied due to WCVD10’s not-for-profit status. Early Bird Registration ends at 23:59 Eastern Standard Time on Friday, May 31, 2024. Standard Registration ends at 23:59 Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, June 27, 2024.

Full-congress registration fees (including full-congress Sponsor registrations) include delegate materials, coffee breaks, lunches, social events, company symposia, three days of scientific programs, and access to the virtual component. Single-day registration fees include delegate materials, coffee breaks, lunches, one day of scientific programs, and access to the virtual component. Single-day registration fees do not include social events scheduled on that day. Exhibitor-only registration fees include access to the exhibit hall only. Exhibitor-only registration fees do not include sessions, social events, or the virtual component.
*To receive the member registration rate, you must be a member of a Veterinary Dermatology or Veterinary Pathology association and indicate the association(s) you belong to (AAVD, ACVD, AiCVD, AiSVD, CAVD, DCANZCVS, ECVD, ESVD, IAVD, ISVD, JSVD and/or SLVD).
** To receive the technician/resident/intern registration rate, you must provide proof that you are a technician/resident/intern. You will be required to upload a copy of a letter from your mentor/supervisor stating that you are a technician/resident/intern.
***To receive the student registration rate, you must provide proof that you are a student. (To be eligible, you need to be enrolled in a full or part-time undergraduate or graduate degree program). You will be required to upload a copy of your student ID (both sides showing photo, name, and expiry date).
****Students/technicians/residents/interns get a discounted rate of $150 off the regular single-day rate. Please contact the Secretariat ([email protected]) to obtain the discount code. Please note that a valid proof of status is required to be eligible for this discount.
Accompanying Person Registrations
Accompanying Person registrations include access to the Welcome Reception and A Night at the Library: WCVD10 Local Evening only. They do not include access to the Meet & Greet, coffee breaks, lunches, company symposia, wet labs, or scientific program. Meet & Greet guest tickets are available for purchase separately.

Name Badges
Name badges are required to always be worn for access to sessions and functions. If a name badge is lost, a USD $40 administrative fee will apply to a badge reprint.
Method of Payment
Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), bank transfer, or check. Currency exchange charges, bank collection fees, and credit card chargebacks are the responsibility of the delegate.
Credit card is the preferred method of payment and results in an instant confirmation of registration. All transactions by credit card will appear on the delegate’s statement as a payment to Venue West Conference Services. Delegates wishing to pay by bank transfer or check will receive an invoice containing payment instructions with their registration confirmation email. Invoices are payable within 21 days of receipt, or before the first day of the Congress if the registration date is less than 30 days prior. Delegates must include their name, ‘WCVD10’, and invoice number on their bank transfer or check payment. Proof of the bank transfer or check payment must be submitted via email ([email protected]) to the Secretariat.
Registration Cancellation
Registration cancellations are permitted until 23:59 Eastern Standard Time on Friday, May 31, 2024. Delegates will receive a full refund less a USD $50 administrative fee for full-congress or single-day cancellations and a USD $25 administrative fee for Accompanying Person cancellations. Cancellations must be submitted via email ([email protected]) to the Secretariat. If payment was made by bank transfer or check, the email must include all the information and instructions required for the refund to be remitted. Delegates who cancel after the cancellation deadline are ineligible for a refund, however, transfer of registration is permitted until 23:59 Eastern Standard Time on Friday, July 19, 2024, for paid full-congress and single-day cancellations only. (This policy does not apply to complimentary registrations).
Transfer of Registration
Delegates wishing to transfer their registration to another person must submit their registration ID along with the name and contact details of their replacement via email ([email protected]) to the Secretariat no later than 23:59 Eastern Standard Time on Friday, July 19, 2024. (This policy does not apply to complimentary registrations).
Certificate of Attendance and Continuing Education Credits
A Certificate of Attendance will be provided after the Congress. Continuing Education Credits will be granted by RACEtrack®. Delegates are required to provide their license number to be eligible. CE credits are only granted to those who attend sessions (either in-person or virtually).
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly advised that at the time of registration for the Congress, delegates take out an insurance policy of their choice in their country of origin. It is recommended that the policy include coverage for loss of registration fees through cancellation of attendance, loss of airfare through cancellation of any kind, and loss of tour monies through cancellation of any kind including airline or related service strikes, airline delay, or force majeure. It is recommended the policy also include coverage for medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, and any additional and repatriation expenses due to changes in travel plans. The Organizer and Secretariat cannot be held responsible for delegates who fail to arrange insurance.
