The two Congress host hotels are located in the historic Back Bay neighbourhood and are directly connected to the Congress venue. 

The WCVD10 Secretariat is the official Housing Bureau for the Congress and has no affiliations with any third-party booking platforms or travel agencies. The Secretariat has secured special room rates for Congress delegates. The significantly discounted rates are only available to Congress delegates through the registration site and are subject to availability. 

The rate at both host hotels is USD $320 plus 16.45% fees and taxes for single/double occupancy. Breakfast is not included. A valid credit card is required to secure a hotel room. The expiry date of the credit card must be valid through August 2024. The credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. (It will be charged approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the Congress). Hotel rooms can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. After 72 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 1 night plus fees and taxes will apply. A hotel confirmation email containing the hotel booking details and hotel confirmation number will be sent to delegates approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the Congress. (Delegates will not receive their hotel confirmation numbers before then). The bed type can be requested during registration and is not guaranteed until closer to the Congress. Delegates are advised to not contact the hotel to request information or changes before 1-2 weeks prior to the Congress because the hotel will not have their information yet and will not be able to assist them. Any requested changes to hotel bookings must be submitted via email ([email protected]) to the Secretariat unless instructed otherwise. Delegates can log into their registration until Monday, June 17, 2024, to book a hotel room depending on availability.  If 10 or more rooms are required, please email [email protected].

Large conferences often become targets for companies seeking to take advantage of delegates. Delegates should be aware that other companies that contact them to sell hotel rooms for WCVD10 are doing so fraudulently. Offers for hotel rooms not originating from the Secretariat or Organizing Committee are not legitimate. Delegates are advised to not respond to emails, phone calls, or payment requests from such sources. Suspicious activity should be reported via email ([email protected]) to the Secretariat.
